Account and Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.

How to Request Deletion

Email care@drossonline.in or WhatsApp us at +91 99928 08001 with the subject or message "Delete my data". Please include your full name, phone number, email address, and an order ID if you have one, so we can find and verify your records.

We will acknowledge your request within a few days and complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying it is you.

What We Delete

Your customer profile (name, phone, email, address), your marketing consent status, and your warranty registration record.

What We Have to Keep

Indian tax and accounting law requires us to keep invoice and order records for a set number of years, even after a deletion request. We also cannot recall a WhatsApp message already delivered to your phone, or data our platform provider (Shopify), payment processor, or courier partner holds under their own policies.
