We currently ship within India only — no import duties, customs charges, or international shipping fees apply to your order.

You'll receive a confirmation with tracking details once your order ships. Delivery timelines may be longer for remote or rural areas.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched. Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 99928 08001 or email care@drossonline.in with your order ID as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — but you're covered by our Return and Exchange Policy if there's an issue after delivery.
