Compatibility: which system does it fit?
- Voltage: DC systems up to 1000V DC. The maximum open-circuit voltage (Voc) of your panel string should stay below 1000V.
- Current: up to 32A. Use a 10×38mm PV fuse link chosen as per your panel datasheet (usually around 1.5 times the panel short-circuit current, Isc), and not above 32A.
- Fuse size: 10×38mm cylindrical PV fuse links only.
- Where it fits: panel string protection in combiner boxes and DCDB boxes.
- Poles: 1 Pole. It protects one DC line, so fit one holder on each line you want to protect.
- Mounting: standard DIN rail.

Simple rules: keep your system's maximum DC voltage below the device's voltage rating. Choose the DC MCB current rating about 125% of the normal circuit current (not above your cable's rating), and choose string fuses as per your panel datasheet. Not sure?
